Penn State Health Rehabilitation Hospital discharges patients to home at a rate of 76.6%. 
Patients receive an average of 15 hours of therapy per week.
The average patient stay is 14.4 days. 
Patients are readmitted to prior hospitals at a rate of 11.6%.
During 2023 we served 1,626 patients. 
The average age of patients is 69.6 years old.
