Penn State Rehabilitation Hospital Closing Transitional Care Unit

Effective July 13, 2022 Penn State Health Rehabilitation Hospital has stopped admitting new patients to its 22-bed Transitional Care Unit. The unit will fully close on or about September 11, 2022.

Over the past eight years, it’s been a privilege to care for and help patients throughout Central Pennsylvania regain their independence, return home and reenter their communities after a serious illness or trauma.
