Lancaster teen injured in bus crash in Schuylkill County returns home

Sarah Echegoyen was one of 30 people injured in a bus crash in September. She sustained severe injuries and had to undergo emergency surgery. After 12 weeks of recovery, she discharged from Penn State Health Rehabilitation Hospital and headed home just in time to spend the holidays with her family.
